Hotline Gel Liner - White

Available in two colors, this smooth, smudge-resistant formula is Trixie Mattel approved (yes she uses it daily). This long-lasting bright white gel liner dries almost instantly with little to no budge or cracks.

How to Use:
Gently dip the desired brush into product, make practice strokes on hand or clean surface to ensure desired effect. Use HL-32 or preferred brush to create a design as simple as a winged liner or as intricate as a checkerboard.

Trixie's Pro Tip:
Using the clean end of a brush, scoop out a small amount of Hotline Gel Liner and deposit onto the back of your hand before returning the disc and closing the cap securely. This will help your product last longer, and the heat from your hand helps Hotline apply more smoothly and evenly.
